** Registration will be due March 22, 2010. A $20
late fee will apply after March 22, 2010 for registrations received
after the due date. Forms received after March 22, 2010 may not be guaranteed
placement on a team. Forms are available by clicking the Registration
Forms link at the left. Send 3 copies of the registration
form with your check to MYSA, P.O. Box 489, Maumee, Ohio 43537.
Registration forms are also available at the Maumee and Heatherdowns
branch libraries.
Players will be placed on teams according to grade level
entering in the Spring - Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade,
5th & 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels. Munchkin teams (3 & 4
year olds) are placed according to birth date. Players with a birth
date of 08/01/05 and above are placed into M3 categories. Players with
a birth date of 08/01/04 and above are placed into M4 categories. If
there are not enough volunteer coaches M3 and M4 players will be grouped
together. A child who is 5 years old will be placed on a Kindergarten
team unless otherwise noted on the registration form.
Kindergarten and older age groups play Saturday mornings
at 9:00am, 10:15am and 11:30am. Munchkin 3 / 4 age groups will play
Saturday mornings at 9:15am or at 10:30am. Practice dates and
times are determined by parent volunteer coaches.
Teams at all levels will be co-ed. 5th - 8th grade
players will play on combined teams.

We are
looking for volunteer coaches and soccer board members!!
Coach training and licensing is available. If unable to coach,
board positions are available to organize club activities and set up
teams (no experience is necessary, only a desire to help your child).
The time commitment would involve a one hour meeting per
month and help at the field during the season.
